Service Agreement
By engaging Locksmith Ballito for locksmith services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Quoting and Pricing
- We provide upfront quotes before dispatching a technician
- The quoted price is the final price - no hidden fees or surcharges
- Additional work discovered on-site will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding
- We do not apply after-hours, weekend, or public holiday surcharges
Service Delivery
- We aim to arrive within 30 minutes for emergency call-outs in the Ballito area
- Response times may vary based on current demand and distance
- Our technicians use non-destructive entry methods wherever possible
- In rare cases where destructive entry is required, this will be discussed with you first
Proof of Ownership
For security purposes, we may request proof of ownership or residency before providing certain services, including:
- Vehicle lockout services (vehicle registration documents)
- Home lockout services (proof of address or ID)
- Safe opening services
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, card, and EFT payments. Invoices are provided for all completed work.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. If a lock or key we installed fails due to our workmanship within a reasonable period, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Locksmith Ballito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
